Yes, the gentle llamas, I loved them so, watched them as they submitted to the "bleaching of the day" gentle souls they were, otherworldly, graceful, slow and sweet. Surely the chill in the air brings Cabin memories with it. I'm longing for the crinkled yellow leaves. I will, until the day I die, prod you to fill an entire chapbook to this Appalachian magic that, once known, can never be forgotten. I send you my love as I fly away to New York and promise that when I return on November 3 I'll post more Blue Ridge pictures and writings in this little corner of the world. Kären
